At S4F, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are our shipping details for orders across New Zealand and Australia.
We currently ship to:
- New Zealand (all regions)
- Australia (all states and territories)

Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Tracking
All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive an email (or SMS if you opt in) with your tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Packaging
We use durable, eco-friendly packaging wherever possible to help protect your gear and the environment.
Customs & Duties (Australia)
Orders shipped to Australia may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Missed deliveries & Returns sales:
If a parcel is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered (wrong address, unclaimed, etc.), we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping costs may apply.
